Having had a large rental stock for the last 26 years, our experience, coupled with a good knowledge of the "lease law and statute law" enables us to manage your property with minimum risk, and help you to defend your interests.
From the search of a tenant to his moving in :

- We establish a description and manage its promotion (websites, shop window, press, and following up),
- We show the flats to prospective tenants for you and contact all the ones listed in our records,
- We interview potential tenants at the office, look at their applications, check their solvency and guarantees and help you to select the best one,
- We write out the "leases", inform the future lessee of their "rights and duties", and draw up the "inventory"
During the rent :
- We check that the rents come on time, and pay them to you each month,
